Kanye Put’s Republicans on Blast Again
f there is anything to be said about Kanye is that he knows how to start controversy. Kanye is famous or should I say infamous for what come out his mouth without the regards to the back lash. Not to say that he is not opening our yes to a few things. If anything he is bringing what we all think to the for-front
Kanye West is the most recent hip hop artist to address Mitt Romney in a song. Unlike Nicki Minaj, who caused much controversy by claiming to be a “Republican voting for Mitt Romney” in her track, which she later explained was a subliminal dig at the Presidential candidate, Kanye addressed Mitt’s tax controversy in his new single “To The World” featuring R. Kelly.
In the song Kanye raps the line:
“I’m just trying to protect my stacks/ Mitt Romney don’t pay no tax/ Mitt Romney don’t pay no tax.”
For a while now Mitt Romney has been a target of much speculation over his unwillingness to disclose his tax returns, and now Kanye is making people aware of the fact in this new song. It looks like the support for Obama in hip hop continues.
